There is a closet in the hallway that leads into the oversized prime bedroom with three windows and a large closet.
Roses flourish during the season on the many trellises that are in front of the setback prewar elevator building. The pathway leading to the building has hand laid Italian bricks and is surrounded by seasonal flora, plants, shrubs and trees with a stone Zen fountain at the end of the entry. The entrance to the building was recently renovated and it also has an intercom. The Art Deco lobby’s floors are stone and there is a period staircase that ascends to the top floor. The elevator was replaced within the last few years. There is a laundry, service entrance and individual storage (outside vendor) in the basement. The super lives-in also.
